- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will be reflected immediately in your dashboard.
- What happens when I reach my plan limit?
You will receive an email alert when you reach 80% and 95% of your limits. If you hit 100%, you will not be able to create new locations, admins, items, or accept new users until you upgrade or your daily limit resets.
- Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Our Pro plan offers unlimited capacity for all standard features. If you need dedicated hosting, custom integrations, or SLAs, please contact our sales team.
